"Summer Blooms" Original Painting

I wanted to capture the feeling of a hot summer day at the barn when I was a kid. There was an old, rickety crate that always had some pots of colorful flowers near the entrance, and walking past them, I could smell the blooms mixing in with the damp odors of dirt and the heady aroma of horses. If you're a horse person, you get it!
