"Winter Woods" Original Painting

I was inspired by the fiery sunset on a cold winter afternoon. The sun was casting deep shadows through the pines, but I could also see the brilliant hues dancing among the needles.

Snow is so much fun to paint because of the sparkle and life it has. It changes color depending on the light, and it can bring so much stillness to a scene.
